How long does delivery take?
Most orders start within a few hours and are delivered gradually, which looks more natural than everything at once. Typical start times:
- Instagram: followers 0–6 h · likes 0–1 h · views 0–1 h
- TikTok: followers 0–6 h · likes 0–1 h · views 0–1 h
- YouTube: views 0–12 h · subscribers 0–24 h · likes 0–6 h
Your order page shows live progress, so you never have to guess.
Do I need to give my password?
Never. We only need your public username or the link to the post or video. Nobody from Automanton will ever ask for a password or login code — if someone does, it isn’t us.
What if followers drop?
Some drop-off is normal — platforms regularly remove engagement. Instagram followers, Instagram likes, TikTok followers, TikTok likes, YouTube views, YouTube subscribers and YouTube likes come with a 30-day refill window: open your order page and press Request refill (once every 24 hours) and we’ll top it up for free.
Instagram views and TikTok views have no refill window.
Can my account get banned?
Honestly: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube don’t allow paid engagement in their terms. Problems are rare, and the most common one is that the platform removes some of the engagement. Restrictions on accounts can happen, so ordering is at your own risk and we can’t guarantee any result.
How do I pay?
With crypto, through a secure invoice from our payment provider — Bitcoin, USDT and many other coins. The price is fixed before you pay. Card payments are coming later.
How do I get a refund?
Read the refund policy for exactly when you get money back, then email support@automanton.com with your order ID.
