Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of automanton.com (“Automanton”, “we”, “us”) and any order you place. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. No affiliation

Automanton is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, or Google. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. What we sell

We sell social media engagement services (such as followers, likes, views and subscribers) delivered to a public link you provide. Services are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. We deliver the quantity you order; we do not sell or promise reach, sales, revenue, monetization eligibility, verification, or any particular algorithmic outcome.

3. Platform rules and your responsibility

• Social platforms’ own terms generally prohibit buying engagement. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use our services and for any consequences on your account, including removed engagement, reduced reach, or restrictions.
• You must have the right to promote the account or content you link to.
• You must not order for content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others’ rights.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

4. Your link

• The account, post or video must stay public, and its username/link unchanged, until delivery completes.
• We never ask for your password and you should never send it to us.
• Orders to private, deleted, renamed or incorrect links may be canceled or only partially delivered. See the refund policy for how this is handled.
• Do not place two orders for the same link and service at the same time with different providers; counts can’t be told apart.

5. Delivery, drops and refills

Start times and speeds shown are estimates. Some engagement may decrease over time; this is normal. Where a service lists a refill window, we will request a top-up of lost engagement during that window on request. A refill is not available for services that list “No refill”.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and fixed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently cryptocurrency invoices). Network fees and exchange-rate differences charged by your wallet or exchange are your responsibility. An order is placed only after the payment provider confirms full payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No guarantee; limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any action taken by a social platform against your account, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Abuse and chargebacks

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or prohibited content (with a refund of any undelivered amount). Payment disputes opened without first contacting us may result in refusal of future orders.

10. Privacy

We store your email, the link you provide and your order details to fulfil and support your order. We share the link and quantity with our supplier and payment details with the payment provider, and nothing else. We do not sell your data.

11. Changes and contact
